The Thomas A. and Currie C. Barron Family Professorship in Humanities and the Environment
Princeton University seeks distinguished candidates for The Thomas A. and Currie C. Barron Family Professorship in Humanities and the Environment. Preference for this endowed chair will be given to a tenured scholar with a demonstrated record of excellence in scholarship and teaching who works at the intersection of humanities and the environment in fields such as, but not limited to, literature, philosophy, ethics, religion, anthropology, politics, history, and architecture.
The successful candidate will be jointly appointed in the department best suited to his or her research and in the Princeton Environmental Institute. Field of specialization is open.
