The salon “Manger Santé et Vivre Vert” (French for “Eat Healthy and Live Green”) is taking place this weekend in Montreal, and next weekend in Quebec City. Many exhibitors are showcasing their organic, allergen-free products, composting and urban agriculture techniques etc. while speakers (presenting on three different stages) talk about green living, composting, and food ethics.
